Return & Refund Policy
Unlimited Wash Club
Charlie’s Car Wash does not refund any Unlimited Wash Club recharges unless they meet one of the following criteria:
The customer completed a cancellation form 2 days before the recharge date and has proof via the confirmation email of the transaction.
The customer's vehicle was modified and can no longer be washed by our tunnel.
If an Unlimited Wash Club Membership has been redeemed for washes during a billing cycle, it is not eligible to be considered for a refund.
For any Unlimited Wash Club Membership, at the point of sale, any new customer is required to sign or acknowledge on-screen the Terms of Service before the account is activated.
Please know that customers' banks update credit card information with our third-party credit card processing company if a customer does not update it themselves. Attempting to allow a recurring plan to "expire" is not recommended, as the credit card on file will likely update itself via the issuing bank. The only way to discontinue an Unlimited Wash Club Membership is to visit the car wash's website and complete a discontinue form request.
Single Wash
Charlie’s Car Wash does not refund any single wash transaction if the vehicle receives a wash, however, will gladly rewash any unsatisfactory vehicle before leaving the location free of charge.
Any other promise or speech of refunds or returns is not valid according to this statement.
Car Wash physical location employees do NOT have the ability to process refunds of any type.

When you make a purchase of a membership or retail wash at Charlie’s Car Wash, your credit or debit card or other financial information is securely transmitted to a trusted third-party payment processor in compliance with relevant Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. For membership purchases, your card information is tokenized and stored in your account. We keep a record of your membership purchases. We also maintain a record of your retail wash purchases.
Unlimited Wash Club
When you purchase an Unlimited Wash Club membership, we may require certain personal information, such as your name, mobile phone number, payment details, mailing address, and email address. This information will be stored as a profile associated with your UWC membership. If you contact us regarding your UWC membership, any information provided or recorded will be logged within your profile and may automatically update old records saved by our agents. When part of a membership, your vehicle may have an RFID tag affixed to your windshield. We collect all visit history information anytime services are redeemed. This RFID tag information is used to allow our company to provide services to you and may be customized to your service history and may trigger automated marketing communications.

Unlimited Wash Club Terms of Service
This membership is a monthly automatic charge on the numerical date in which the membership was signed up.
In the event the customer wishes to discontinue or manage the Unlimited Wash Club Membership, requests must be submitted online at charliescarwashs.com. Please allow a minimum of 2 days before the next billing date to process the cancellation of the membership.
In the event changes are made to the membership after the billing date, there will be no refunds for partial months or non-usage of an Unlimited Wash Club Membership.
Unlimited Wash Club customer must contact Charlie’s Car Wash to give notification when any contact or billing info changes, including but not limited to change of address, email or credit card information.
In the event our car wash is unable to charge a customer's credit card, due to card expiration or change of information, the customer's account will be automatically deactivated after the daily attempt to charge for up to 14 days.
Upon signup, you may be asked to provide personal identifiable information such as phone, email, full name, and address in addition to vehicle descriptions. This information allows us to properly administer services and will strictly be used according to our Privacy Policy. It is the customer's responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address on file with our car wash to receive any changes or updates to the Unlimited Wash Club Membership.
Unlimited Wash Club accounts may be managed online at charliescarwashes.com. Members may request to discontinue, pause, change plans (limit 1 membership level change per 90 days), or update the payment card on file.
Unlimited Wash Club RFID tags remain the exclusive property of our car wash and must be surrendered upon request. If the Unlimited car wash RFID tag (sticker) is tampered with or the program is used in any way inconsistent with its Terms and Conditions, the program will be immediately voided and all monies forfeited.
Customers may purchase Unlimited Wash Club memberships online at charliescarwashes.com. Visit a participating location for a RFID tag on your vehicle to allow wash redemptions. Memberships are active immediately following purchase, regardless of when the member visits for the first wash redemption.
The Unlimited Wash Club program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts.
Charlie’s Car Wash reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays, or equipment failure.

Single Wash Terms of Service
On Location Purchases
In-store purchases of retail single washes are non-refundable once the vehicle has passed through the wash tunnel or applied the service paid for. Our team will gladly evaluate each situation and rewash the vehicle if a rewash is decided to be a solution to the reported problem.
Online Purchases
Online purchases of retail single washes are subject to the same above terms for in-store purchases. Additionally, single washes purchased online are valid immediately following the transaction and may have an expiration date that decides the last possible day to redeem the purchased service.
Promotions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase of any promotion provided by Charlie’s Car Wash ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any promotion provided by Charlie’s Car Wash, you ("purchaser" or "recipient") agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of promotional codes ("Codes") provided by Charlie’s Car Wash ("we," "us," or "our") to customers ("you" or "users") for use on our website or at our physical locations. Promotional Codes
1.1 Codes are provided as a promotional offer and can be redeemed for discounts, special offers, or other benefits on eligible products or services.

1.3 Codes are non-transferable, and their use is limited to the individual to whom the Code was issued. Sharing, selling, or otherwise distributing Codes to third parties is strictly prohibited.
1.4 Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or any monetary value and hold no intrinsic value outside the specified promotional offer.
1.5 Codes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel Codes at any time without prior notice.
Expiration Dates
2.1 Codes have expiration dates as indicated in the promotional materials or communication through which they are distributed.
2.2 Expired Codes are invalid and cannot be redeemed for any benefits.
2.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that Codes are used before their expiration date. We will not be held liable for expired Codes, and no extensions or exceptions will be granted.
2.4 We reserve the right to modify or extend the expiration dates of Codes at our discretion, and such changes will be communicated through the original distribution channels.
Code Redemption
3.1 To redeem a Code online, enter the Code during the checkout process on our website or follow the instructions provided in the promotional materials.
3.2 To redeem a Code in-person at our physical locations, present the Code to our staff before completing your purchase.
3.3 Codes can only be used once unless otherwise specified.
3.4 If a Code is applied to an order or purchase that is subsequently canceled or refunded, the Code will no longer be valid or reusable.
Restrictions and Limitations

Free Upgrade Communications
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Upgrading or downgrading Unlimited Wash Club ("membership") provided by Charlie’s Car Wash ("we," "us," or "our") to customers ("you" or "users") for use on our website or at our physical locations. By using the upgrade or downgrade function, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1.1 Upgrade Eligibility:
1.1.1 The upgrade campaign is available to existing customers of Charlie's Car Wash Unlimited Wash Club.
1.1.2 To be eligible, you must have an active Unlimited Wash Club membership.
1.2 Upgrade Benefits:
1.2.1 Free Remainder of Billing Cycle:
1.2.1.1 By participating in the upgrade campaign, you will receive the upgraded membership benefits for the remainder of your current billing cycle at no additional charge.
1.3 Commencement of Upgraded Membership:
1.3.1 Your upgraded membership benefits will begin immediately upon successful completion of the upgrade campaign transaction and payment authorization.
1.4 Recharge at Regular Menu Price:
1.4.1 Once the upgrade campaign ends and your billing cycle renews, your upgraded membership benefits will continue.
1.4.2 However, any subsequent recharges for the Unlimited Wash Club membership will be charged at the regular menu price.

1.5 Changes to Terms and Conditions:
1.5.1 Charlie’s Car Wash reserves the right to modify or terminate this upgrade campaign, including these terms of service, at any time without prior notice.
1.5.2 Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms of service on our website or through other communication channels we deem appropriate.
1.6 Termination:
1.6.1 You may choose to terminate your upgraded membership benefits at any time by contacting our Customer Success Center.
1.6.2 However, please note that no refunds or prorated charges will be provided for the remaining billing cycle.
1.6.3 Limit of 1 free upgrade per membership per customer all-time.
1.7 Limitation of Liability:
1.7.1 Charlie's Car Wash shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this upgrade campaign, including any issues related to the upgraded membership benefits or the use of our services.
1.8 Governing Law:
1.8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Charlie's Car Wash is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
1.9 Entire Agreement:
1.9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Charlie's Car Wash and you regarding the upgrade campaign for the Unlimited Wash Club and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
By participating in the upgrade campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from participating in the upgrade campaign.
Vehicles We Can't Wash
1.0 The below list of vehicle types and modifications MAY not be able to be serviced at one or all of our facilities. Each facility varies slightly in equipment and layout. PLEASE consult on-site operations team members before completing your transaction if you believe your vehicle may not be able to be serviced. The safety of our customers & team is our top priority. Use of our facilities it at the discretion of the customer whom accepts all responsibility. Operations Team Members on-site may reject service to any vehicle for any reason if believed it may not be able to be safely serviced, even for vehicle types or modifications not listed below.
1.1 Oversized vehicles.
1.2 Low clearance vehicles.
1.3 Convertibles with soft tops.
1.4 Vehicles with damaged or loose parts.
1.5 Vehicles with non-factory paint jobs or decals.
1.6 Vehicles with temporary plates or unregistered vehicles.
1.7 Modified vehicles with aftermarket parts.
1.8 Vehicles with debris in truck beds or unsecured cargo.
1.9 Unusual or non-standard vehicle configurations.
1.10 Vintage or classic vehicles.
